FRIDAY, NOV. 10

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Scrambled eggs, country-style scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, pancakes with strawberries, grits, sausage patties, crisp bacon, tator tots.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Fish sticks, garden fresh saut?, nacho supreme, spanish rice, peas and carrots, squash, pasta bar, chicken noodle soup, soup of the day.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Lemon dill cod, mac and cheese, penne with Italian sausage, wedge cut fries, zucchini, hamburger patty, hot dogs, fishwich sandwich, chicken noodle soup, soup of the day.

SATURDAY, NOV. 11

Brunch, served in Griesedieck Hall: Scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, bacon, sausage links, oatmeal, hash browns, sausage and biscuits with gravy, omelette, french waffles, West Texas veggie chili, soup of the day.

Dinner, served in Griesedieck Hall: Chicken nuggets, BBQ, sweet & sour and honey dijon sauces, three cheese quesadillas, baked potatoes, cauliflower, green beans, hamburger patty, hot dogs, open turkey club sandwich, onion rings, West Texas veggie chili, soup of the day.

SUNDAY, NOV. 12

Brunch, served in Griesedieck Hall: Scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, frizzled ham, sausage links, cream of wheat, home fried potatoes, pancakes, omelette, Manhattan clam chowder, soup of the day.

Dinner, served in Griesedieck Hall: French dip, veggie lasagna, shrimp fried rice, oven browned potatoes, veggie blend, new wave veggies, hamburger, hot dogs, grilled cheese, shoestring french fries, Manhattan clam chowder, soup of the day.

MONDAY, NOV. 13

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Scrambled eggs with bacon, hard-boiled eggs, fried eggs, french waffles, oatmeal, sausage patties, bacon, potato hash browns.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Grilled chicken caesar pita, quesadillas, grilled veggie wrap, au gratin potatoes, philly steak sandwich, baked beans, cauliflower, cheddar turkey melt, shoestring french fries, tomato and wild rice soup, soup of the day.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: braised beef brisket, manicotti, general tso tofu, rice pilaf, broccoli cuts, mixed veggies, taco bar, tomato and wild rice soup, soup of the day.

Dinner special, served in Griesedieck: X-Treme Cuisine.

TUESDAY, NOV. 14

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Scrambled eggs, egg burrito, hard-boiled eggs, french toast, cream of rice, frizzled ham, sausage links, tator tots.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Turkey Parmesan, fresh broccoli, ham & swiss croissant, potato chips, steamed veggie trio, green beans, Santa Fe chicken salad, baked pork rib sandwich, grilled cheese, tator tots, tomato soup, soup of the day.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: carved top round, pasta with meatballs, vegetarian pasta, baked potatoes, whole baby carrots, cauliflower, cheese sauce, fajita bar, chicken noodle soup, soup of the day.

Dinner special, served in Reinert: X-Treme Cuisine.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 15

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, quiche lorraine, pancakes, malt o meal, egg o muffin, frizzled ham, lyonnaise potatoes.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Santa Fe beef gordita, veg. soft taco, turkey cutlets, whipped potatoes, basic chicken gravy, corn on the cob, BLT, sloppy joe, garden burger, shoestring fries, minestone soup, soup of the day.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Charleston chicken wings, lemon ginger stir fry, carved baked ham with apricot glaze rice, steamed veggies, shoestring fries, chicken nuggets, honey dijon, sweet & sour and BBQ sauces, peas and carrots, minestone soup, soup of the day.

Dinner special, served in Reinert Hal: Thanksgiving Special.

THURSDAY, NOV. 16

Dinner served in all residence halls: Fettuccini alfredo, buffalo chicken sandwich, veg deli in a pita, gyro, parm turkey sandwich, spanish rice, fiesta style veggies, refried beans, nacho bar,tomato lentil soup, soup of the day.
