Tivoli Theatre

Since its renovation in 1995, the beautiful Tivoli has quickly
regained its place as St. Louis’ premier movie house. Located in
the heart of the always-happening University City Loop, the Tivoli
premieres the less-publicized movies and foreign films as well as
classic cinema.

Hi-Pointe Theatre

Located in Clayton at the corner of McCausland and Clayton–next
to the world’s largest Amoco sign–the Hi-Pointe has been one of
the only theaters in the area to showcase some of those
critically-acclaimed films that never make it to the regular movie
theaters.

Esquire 7

The Esquire is the cinema to see and be seen … as a movie
watcher. One of the most crowded theaters in St. Louis, the Esquire
shows the most recently released films.

Chase Park Plaza
212 N. Kingshighway Blvd., 367-0101

The Chase Park Plaza Theater is located within the Chase Park
Plaza Hotel. The theater has six screens, most of which are
relatively small, but you never have to climb over anyone to get a
seat. They also offer a wide range of snacks, including Ted
Drewes.

Ronnie’s 20 Cine

Get there early, because you’re going to want to play in the
immense arcade. With air hockey, video games and other delights,
including a mini-bowling alley, the 10-year-old in you will be
delighted. Even with 20 screens showing the newest releases, the
theater often sells out.

Galleria 6
The Galleria, 725-0808

The easiest theater for a date, have dinner in one of the many
restaurants in the mall, then head over to the theater for a movie.
Don’t look for indie flicks here, but rely on the theatre for
popular new releases.
