The concert portion of the April 26 Spring Fever event at Chaifetz Arena is called “Rock, Rap, and Rawhide.” So far, the Student Actitivies Board has released that Chingy and Augustana will play at the concert. The third act was announced in the print edition of The University News but, due to contractual agreements between SAB and the third band’s management, the name of the act cannot be announced online.
“Although all the bands are not able to be announced, this is a good indication of the range of genres that will be present,” said SAB President Ainsley Onstott in an e-mail interview Thursday, March 6.
SAB was awaiting confirmation of a comedian, who will be the master of ceremonies, and one more performer at press time. Onstott said that the final act would be in the country music genre.
