Ashlee Kothenbeutel
Ashlee Kothenbeutel is a Sophomore at SLU from Bel Air, Maryland studying Studio Art with an emphasis in Graphic Design and a minor in Communications. She started drawing for the University News in her freshman year, but occasionally writes reviews and other pieces. Ashlee is a member of SLU’s field hockey team, training year-round. In her free time, she does freelance artwork, which mostly consists of painting Erin McClelland’s dog, Buddy. Ashlee also loves doing yoga even though she cannot quite touch her toes. When she is home, Ashlee works for a local running store, Charm City Run, as a shoe salesman. In her free time, Ashlee enjoys going on hikes, stand up paddleboarding, cooking, and running or playing with her dog, Boh.
