Lewd & Indecent Conduct
Pius Library (1 Arrest)
A student reported she had observed a male subject, who was seated at a table opposite hers, blatantly caressing his genital area through his clothing. The student used the phone to call DPS as the subject fled the library. DPS officers located the subject and arrested him for Lewd and Indecent Conduct. The subject, who is not affiliated with the University, was later turned over to SLPD. It should be noted that another student identified the subject as the same individual who was seen performing a similar act at the Busch Memorial Center on March 22, 2000. He was charged with an additional count of Lewd and Indecent Conduct as a result of that incident.
