A student reported that the driver’s side of the window of his vehicle was broken out and his CD container was taken. Several CD’s were in the container.

Burglary
DeMattias Hall
A student reported that the credit card was missing from her wallet. The wallet had been in her room, unattended. The credit card company reported that several charges had been made since the card had been stolen. An investigation by DPS is pending.

Exposing Person
Pius Memorial XII Library
A student reported that while she was sitting at a table in the library, an unknown male subject exposed himself to her. He left the area prior to the arrival of DPS officers. A DPS plainclothes officer was standing near the entrance to the library when he noticed the subject walking toward the door. He was detained and taken to DuBourg Hall, Room 16 for questioning. The victim went to Room 16 and positively identified the subject as the individual who exposed himself to her. SLPD was contacted, responded and took him into custody.

School of Nursing
An employee conducting an inventory reported the theft of a laptop computer from a locked storage closet. There were no witnesses to the theft. Only one laptop from a group of six was missing.

Simon Recreation Center
A student reported the theft of her wallet that contained $300 in cash, as well as personal papers. She had left her wallet on the floor under a sweatshirt while she worked out.

Assault 3rd Degree
Gonzaga Parking Lot
A student reported that he was struck on the right side of his face by another student after getting into a dispute over a parking space. The student refused medical attention and did not want the police involved. The incident will be referred to the Judiciary Committee.
