A DPS officer found a student’s vehicle with the side window broken and in-dash stereo missing. No witness or suspect was found.

DPS arrested a suspect climbing on and looking into parked cars. He was wanted for non-University related charges of burglary and stealing. He was turned over to police.

DPS arrested a subject at the Hanna Building who had previously been warned of trespassing on University property.

After a witness reported a man entering through an open window, DPS searched the ground floor. Investigation that night failed to reveal a suspect or any property taken. Further investigation the next day revealed that a student apparently entered through an open window in his own apartment. Residence Life was advised.

College Church
DPS investigators recovered cymbals stolen from the College Church last week and identified the suspect who is still wanted at this time.

Assault 3rd Degree
West Pine Mall
A female student reported that a male stranger grabbed her from behind and then ran west. The suspect, who is still being sought, is a male, 25 years old, beard, dark complexion, 5 feet 10 inches, 200 pounds, wearing a Notre Dame sweatshirt, blue shorts, white tennis shoes and a cap with the initials “ND.” The victim was not injured.
