A University golf cart that was being operated by a University employee drove into the front of the bookstore when the accelerator stuck in the full throttle position. One of the passengers in the cart, a visitor, received a minor cut to her hand. She refused medical treatment.

Two visitors to the building, which is leased by the University, reported the theft of currency from their pursues on the floor, under a chair and unattended.
