A subject was seen by an employee taking the license renewal stickers off the license plates of the employee’s vehicle. The subject was gone upon DPS’ arrival. SLPD was notified. The license tag was later recovered on the lot.

A student reported that person(s) unknown removed a bottle of cologne and two CDs from the vehicle.

An employee reported person(s) unknown stole a clock radio from her desk. It was sitting in an open reception area.

Friday, Sept. 21

Sexual Assault

A female student reported that she had been sexually assaulted by a male student. The incident is being referred to the Judiciary Committee.

Sunday, Sept. 23

MVMCSL (Marijuana)

Six students were observed by Residence Life personnel smoking marijuana in a student’s room. The incident is being referred to the Judiciary Committee.

Stealing Under $750

Fusz Food Court

A food service employee reported that person(s) unknown removed the battery from a van sometime over the weekend. There was no forced entry to the vehicle.

Robbery 2nd Degree

Santa Clara Lot

A student was on the lot and approached by a subject demanding her car keys. The subject then drove off the lot. She sustained minor injuries to her hip and hand when she tripped while fleeing from the area.

She was later taken to the SLU Hospital emergency room for treatment and then released.
