Idahoan, an Idaho based company that specializes in mashed potato products, is looking for a few good recipes from college students.
In order to enter, college students must use an Idahoan product and come up with a recipe featuring that product. Students must then develop a name for their recipe and snap a photo of it to send in with the entry form. The winner will receive a $5,000 savings bond and a year’s supply of mashed potatoes from the company.
Entries will be judged in the Idahoan Test Kitchen based on originality, flavor, naming and presentation. The company will notify finalist by Sept. 30, 2009.
