On Monday, Nov. 2 at 3:30 p.m., a groundbreaking ceremony was held in the Georgetown Parking Lot for SLU’s newest residence hall. The building will be constructed on the corner of Grand Boulevard and Laclede Avenue. This hall is part of a $100 million enhancement plan for student housing, which will be completed in the summer of 2017. It will be made up of a total 528 beds and will also feature a dining hall, classrooms, study lounges and an outdoor plaza.
