Dinner, served in all residence halls: Beef brisket, tofu stir fry, manicotti, grilled reuben.

TUESDAY, FEB. 22

Breakfast, served in all residence halls: Eggs, egg burrito, French toast, cream of rice.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Chicken & dumplings, vegetarian moussaka, ham & swiss croissant, Sante Fe chicken sandwich.

Dinner, served in Reinert Hall, Grilled beef, ham fried rice, vegetarian pasta, patty melt. Special menu items in Griesedieck and DeMattias Halls: Celebration 2K.

WEDNESDAY, FEB. 23

Breakfast, served in all residence halls: Eggs, quiche Lorraine, pancakes, Malt-o-Meal, egg o’muffin.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Beef noodle casserole, wrap sandwich, turkey cutlets, B.L.T.

Dinner, served in all residence halls. Sweet and sour pork, chicken nugget, veggie wrap, French dip.

THURSDAY, FEB. 24

Breakfast, served in all residence halls: Eggs, sausage gravy biscuit, French toast sticks, cream of wheat.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Chicken breast parmesan, strata, calzone, pork sandwich.

Dinner, served in Griesedieck and DeMattias Halls: Cheese enchilada, chicken fajitas, fiesta style bake, turkey melt. Special menu items in Reinert Hall: Celebration 2K.

Breakfast, served in all residence halls: Eggs, waffles Georgia, oatmeal.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Vegetable stir fry, broccoli bake, open-faced turkey sandwich, fish sandwich.

Dinner, served in Griesedieck and DeMattias Halls: Cod, stuffed shells, rice & beans, grilled cheese.

SATURDAY, FEB. 26

Brunch, served in Griesedieck and DeMattias Halls: Eggs, French toast sticks, oatmeal, sausage gravy biscuit, plain omelets, French onion soup, soup of the day.
