Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Eggs, blueberry pancakes, Cream of Wheat.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Chicken teriyaki, vegetable lo mein, Swedish meatballs, BBQ beef.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Beef stroganoff, potato risotto, roasted turkey, sloppy joe.

TUESDAY, FEB. 29

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Eggs, waffles, sausage gravy biscuit, cream of rice.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Vegetable fajitas, chicken tacos, spanish rice, corn dogs.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Broccoli rice casserole, veal parmesan, pasta, classic club.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 1

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Eggs, potato and egg burritos, pancakes, oatmeal.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Italian rice and beans, stuffed shells, BBQ brisket, turkey sub.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Pork loin, orzo, bean burritos, chicken patty.

Griesedieck Hall lunch menu feature: French fry bar.

THURSDAY, MARCH 2

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Eggs, French toast, Cream of Wheat, sausage and cheese biscuit.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Chicken nuggets, spinach enchilada, pigs in a blanket.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Beef and broccoli stir fry, quesadillas, herb baked chicken, fish sandwich.

FRIDAY, MARCH 3

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Eggs, quiche, blueberry pancakes, oatmeal.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Fish sandwich, stuffed peppers, chicken pita, B.L.T.

Dinner, served in Griesedieck Hall: Cod, Greek rigatoni beef and vegetable stew, grilled cheese.

Griesedieck Hall will be open from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. for dinner on March 3 and will reopen for normal hours on March 13.
