Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Eggs, French toast, Cream of Wheat, sausage and cheese biscuit.
Lunch, served in all residence halls: Chicken nuggets, spinach enchilada, pigs in a blanket.
Dinner, served in all residence halls: Beef and broccoli stir fry, quesadillas, herb baked chicken, fish sandwich.
FRIDAY, MARCH 3
Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Eggs, quiche, blueberry pancakes, oatmeal.
Lunch, served in all residence halls: Fish sandwich, stuffed peppers, chicken pita, B.L.T.
Dinner, served in Griesedieck Hall: Cod, Greek rigatoni beef and vegetable stew, grilled cheese.
Griesedieck Hall will be open from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. for dinner on March 3 and will reopen for normal hours on March 13.
