Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Eggs, pancakes, sausage gravy biscuit, oatmeal.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Chicken chimichangas, Hawaiian vegetable stir fry, meat ravioli, Philly steak sandwich.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Chicken wings, spaghetti, veal, scaloppini, grilled Reuben.

TUESDAY, FEB. 15

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Silver dollar pancakes, eggs, potato and egg burrito, French toast, cream of rice.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Barley casserole, beef and potato pie, chicken fajitas, fish sandwich.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Roast loin of pork, lasagna, bean creole, grilled cheese.

WEDNESDAY, FEB. 16

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Eggs, ham and Swiss quiche, blueberry pancakes, malt-o-meal, egg o’muffin.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Turkey pot pie, open-faced roast beef sandwich, bow tie pasta.

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Eggs, egg o’bagel, sausage gravy biscuit, Cream of Wheat.

Dinner, served in all residence halls, baked ham, broccoli con pasta, vegetable fajita, chicken patty.

FRIDAY, FEB 18

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Eggs, pancakes, grits, strawberries.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Shrimp fried rice. risotto potatoes, nacho supreme, grilled cheese.

Dinner, served in Griesedieck Hall: Lemon dill cod, macaroni and cheese, pork lo mein, fish sandwich.

SATURDAY, FEB 19

Brunch, served in Griesedieck Hall: Eggs, oatmeal, omelet, French waffles, West Texas veggie chili, soup of the day.
