Lunch, served in all residence halls: Grilled chicken caesar pita, quesadillas, southwestern vegetable bake, turkey cheddar melt.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Braised brisket, veggie tofu stir fry, manicotti, grilled reuben.

TUESDAY, MARCH 21

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Eggs, French toast, Cream of Rice.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Chicken and dumplings, vegetarian moussaka, ham and swiss croissant, chicken sandwich.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Korean grilled beef, ham fried rice, vegetarian pasta, patty melt.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 22

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Eggs, quiche, pancakes, malt-o-meal, egg o’muffin.

Dinner, served in Griesedieck and DeMattias Halls: Sweet and sour pork, chicken nuggets, veggie wrap, french dip.

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Eggs, sausage gravy and biscuit, French toast sticks, Cream of Wheat.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Chicken breast parmesan, mushroom cheese strata, calzone, pork rib sandwich.

Dinner, served in DeMattias and Reinert Halls: Cheese enchilada bake, BBQ beans with brown rice, chicken fajitas, turkey melt.

SATURDAY, MARCH 25
