MONDAY, APR. 10

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Scrambled eggs, poached eggs, pancakes, sausage gravy biscuit, oatmeal, bacon, hash browned potatoes.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Chicken chimichangas, potatoes, steamed baby carrots, hawaiian vegetarian stir fry, meat ravioli, green beans, hamburger patty, bratwurst cooked in beer, philly style steak.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Spaghetti with marinara sauce, veal scaloppini, potatoes, gravy, hamburger patty, whipped fresh potatoes, vegetable blend, grilled reuben.

TUESDAY, APR. 11

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Eggs, rancher’s pot & egg burrito, french toast, tator tots, sausage turkey, frizzled ham, Cream of Rice.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Barley casserole, pinto beans, ground beef and potato pie, chicken fajitas, rice, hot dogs, french fries, wedge cuts.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Roast loin of pork, lasagna, mixed bean creole, scalloped potatoes, steamed country kitchen vegetables, broccoli, grilled cheese sandwich.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: French bread pizza, corn on the cob, green peas, hot dogs, hamburger patty, oven roasted herb pots, mushroom cheese strata, chicken and dumplings.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Chicken Teriyaki, spinach, potatoes, polish sausage, onion rings, cajun beans and rice, ravioli, onion rings.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Baked ham, broccoli con pasta, candied sweet potatoes, vegetable fajita, refried beans, soup of the day.

SATURDAY, APR. 15

Dinner, served in all Griesedieck: Bean burritos, curried rice & lentils, baked potatoes, cauliflower, green beans, hamburger patty, onion rings, hot dogs, West Texas veggie chili.
