Dinner, served in Griesedieck and DeMattias Halls: Braised beef brisket, veggie tofy stir fry, manicotti, grilled rueben.

TUESDAY, APRIL 18

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Eggs, egg burrito, French toast, Cream of Rice.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Chicken and dumplings, vegetarian moussaka, ham and swiss croissant, santa fe chicken sandwich.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Korean beef, ham fried rice, vegetarian pasta, patty melt.

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 19

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Eggs, quiche lorraine, pancakes, malt-o-meal, egg o’muffin.
