Lunch served in all residence halls: Fish sticks, cheese pizza casserole, sand grill chicken pita, hush puppies, refried beans, baked potato and potato skin bar, B.L.T., french fries, shoestring, New England clam Chowder, italian blend vegetables, soup of the day.

Dinner served in Griesedieck: Special Menu: Octoberfest German Day.

Breakfast served in Griesedieck Hall: Scrambled eggs, eggs-hard boiled, crisp bacon, sausage link, oatmeal, hash browned potatoes, sausage gravy biscuit, pancakes, omelette plain, soup french onion, soup of the day.

Supper served in Griesedieck: Carved flank steak, baked tortellini with alfredo, KC BBQ pulled pork, steamed green beans, patty melt 6:1 onion rigs, broccoli, soup french onion, soup of the day.

Sunday, Oct 1

Brunch served in Griesedieck: Scrambled eggs frizzled ham, sausage patties, cereal cream of wheat, tator tots, french toast sticks, soup cream. of tomato, soup of the day.

Supper served in Griesedieck: Sweet and sour chicken, citrus marinated ham, vegetarian chow mein, green beans, oven roasted herb potatoes, rice, french fries, shoestring, soup cream. of tomato, soup of the day, baked potatoes, salad bar-egg, tuna, chicken, deviled eggs.

Monday, Oct. 2

Breakfast served in Griesedieck: Scrambled eggs mix, fried eggs, eggs-hard boiled, french waffles, oatmeal, sausage patties, egg o’bagel/scrambled egg, crisp bacon, hashed browned potatoes.

Lunch served in DeMattias and Reinert Halls: Penne primavera with Tomato sauce, beef chimi’s, lemon pepper carved turkey, turkey cutlets, whipped fresh potatoes, basic chicken gravy, cauliflower with cheese, hamburger patty 4:1, bratwurst cooked in beer, sandwich chicken patty, french fries, shoestring, santiago vegetarian soup, soup of the day, baked potatoes

Lunch served in Griesedieck Hall: Tour of North America-“Taste of California.”

Supper served in all residence halls: Chicken strip/nugget bar, chicken burrito, carve ball tip, corn whole kernel, quattro formaggio, carrots sliced, rice, soup of the day.

Tuesday, Oct. 3

Breakfast served in Griesedieck Hall: Scrambled eggs, egg burrito, eggs-hard boiled, cream of rice, sausage link, hash brown potatoes.

Lunch served in all residence halls: Penne with Italian Sausage, rice lasagna-cheese filling, lasagna-noodles, nacho bar (only Griesedieck), steamed baby carrots, mixed veg. Japanese blend.

Supper served in Griesedieck and Reinert Halls: Reuben, grilled cheese, cheddar bacon burger, scrambled eggs, home fried potatoes, sausage gravy biscuits, sausage link, hamburger patty 4:1, belgian waffles, egg o’bagel .

Supper served in DeMattias Hall: Special Menu: Tour of North America “Taste of California.”

Wednesday, Oct. 4

Breakfast served in Griesedieck Hall: Scrambled eggs with bacon, fried eggs, eggs-hard boiled, french toast, cereal-malt-o-meal, egg o’muffin/scrm eggs/bacon, frizzled ham, lyonnaise potatoes.

Lunch served at all residence halls: Beef steak, bow tie vegetable, green peas, cheese ravioli, wild rice, french fries, shoestring, baked potatoes.

Lunch served in Griesedieck Hall: Special menu: BLT, bratwurst, hamburger patty 4:1.

Supper served in Griesedieck and Reinert Halls: Citrus pork loin, chic pot pie, chicken teriyaki stir-fry, egg rolls, soup minestrone, baked potatoes.

Supper served in DeMattias Hall: Special menu: Tour of North America “Taste of California.”

Thursday, Oct. 5

Breakfast served in Griesedieck Hall: Fried eggs, scram, eggs country style, eggs-hard boiled, sausage gravy biscuit, cereal-cream of wheat, corned beef hash baked, sausage link, hash browned potatoes.

Lunch served in all residence halls: Mexican Lasagna, veg. quesadillas, refried beans, spanish rice, corn whole kernel, french fries, wedge cut potatoes, baked potato soup.

Lunch served in Griesedieck Hall: Special menu: Beef tacos, hot dog, italian sausage, polish sausage bar.

Supper served in all residence Halls: Chicken wing bar, chicken ala king, BBQ pork chops, steamed, spaghetti, parsley potatoes, carrots, baked potato soup, soup of the day, baked potatoes.
