Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Scrambled eggs with cheddar, fried eggs, eggs-hard boiled, apple pancakes, oatmeal, sausage patties, crisp bacon, tator tots.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Salmon with dill glaze, cod, cheese toasted ravioli, pasta bar, hush puppies, corn on the cob, mixed vegetables, macaroni and cheese, grilled cheese sandwich, french fries, shoestring, soup of the day.

Dinner, served in Griesedieck Hall: Whole roast turkey, fresh whipped potatoes, chicken gravy, steamed green beans, cheese tortellini, hamburger.

SATURDAY, OCT. 7

Brunch, served in Griesedieck Hall: Scramble eggs, bacon, sausage links, oatmeal, hash browns, sausage and biscuits with gravy, pancakes, mixed vegetables, Manhattan clam chowder, soup of the day.

Dinner, served in Griesedieck Hall: BBQ beef brisket, southern fried chicken, broccoli cheese pasta, scalloped potatoes, California style mixed vegetables, steamed cauliflower, grilled reuben, hamburger, hot dogs, tator tots, Manhattan clam chowder, soup of the day, baked potatoes.

SUNDAY, OCT. 8

Brunch, served in Griesedieck Hall: Scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, frizzled ham, sausage patties, cream of wheat, tator tots, French toast sticks, plain omelettes, Southern vegetable beef soup, soup of the day.

Dinner, served in Griesedieck Hall: Beef tuscany, chicken marinated with garlic, parsley and lime, mixed vegetables, baked beans, hamburger, hot dogs, Gryo sandwich, shoestring french fries, Southern vegetable beef soup.

MONDAY, OCT. 9

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Scrambled eggs, poached eggs, hard-boiled eggs, pancakes, sausage and biscuits with gravy, oatmeal, sausage patties, bacon, hash browns.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: BBQ turkey burger, turkey and swiss on rye, fried rice with vegetables, home fries, beef ravioli, meat sauce, green beans, hamburger, philly-style steak sandwich.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: chicken fried steak, burger bar, veggie quesadilla, chicken gravy, spaghetti, marinara sauce, fresh whipped potatoes, vegetables, chunky cream of broccoli.

TUESDAY OCT. 10

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, potatoe and egg burrito, French toast, cream of rice, frizzled ham, sausage turkey, tator tots.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: stuffed shells, beef broccoli stir-fry, chicken fajitas, Spanish rice, Oriental blend, O’Brien corn, pasta bar with garlic bread, turkey noodle soup, vegetable mix, soup of the day.

Lunch, served in Reinhert Hall: Special Menu: chili bar.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 11

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, ham and cheese quiche, blueberry pancakes, malt-o-meal, egg o’muffin, frizzled ham, lyonnaise potatoes.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: turkey pot pie, hot roast beef sandwhich, french-cut green beans, fettucini fantastica, salad bar, whipped potatoes, sliced carrots, tator tots, cream of mushroom soup, soup of the day.

Dinner served in all residence halls: french bread pizza, corn dogs, spinach enchiladas, toasted ravioli bar, chicken & dumplings, oven roasted herb pots, corn on the cob, green peas, shoestring french fries, cream of mushroom soup, soup of the day.

Dinner served in DeMattias Hall: Special Menu: Cheesecake bar.

THURSDAY, OCT. 12

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: scrambled eggs, country style scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, pancakes, sliced strawberries, grits, sausage patties, bacon, tator tots.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: chicken terriyaki, steamed leaf spinach, Texas BBQ sausage sandwich, manicotti, baja chicken gordita, turkey melt, southwestern bean burger, home fried potatoes, onion rings, french onion soup, soup of the day, Japanese vegetables.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Italian carved turkey with olive oil, garlice and rosemary, pasta con broccoli, vegetable fajita, pancake bar, candied sweet potatoes, cauliflower, wedge-cut french fries, french onion soup, soup of the day.
