Lunch, served in all residence halls: Salmon, toasted cheese ravioli, macaroni cheese, hush puppies, corn on the cob, vegetables, grilled cheese sandwich, French fries, pasta bar, chicken noodle soup.

Dinner, served in Griesedieck Hall: Turkey roast, cheese tortellini, fettuccini alfredo, green beans, broccoli with cheese, chicken gravy, whipped potatoes, hamburger patties, batter-dipped cod, garlic bread, French fries, chicken noodle soup.

SATURDAY, NOV. 4

Brunch, served in Griesedieck Hall: Scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, oatmeal, hash browns, sausage gravy biscuit, pancakes, clam chowder.

Dinner, served in Griesedieck Hall: BBQ beef brisket, fried chicken, broccoli cheese pasta, California mixed vegetables, cauliflower, grilled rueben, hamburger patties, hot dogs, tater tots, clam chowder.

SUNDAY, NOV. 5

Brunch, served in Griesedieck Hall: Scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, frizzled ham, sausage patties, cream of wheat cereal, tator tots, French toast sticks, omelette, vegetable beef soup, soup of the day.

Dinner, served in Griesedieck Hall: Beef tuscany, marinated chicken, vegetable pasta, oven-roasted Italian potatoes, mixed vegetables, baked beans, hamburger patties, hot dogs, gyros, French fries, vegetable beef soup.

MONDAY, NOV. 6

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Scrambled eggs, poached eggs, hard-boiled eggs, pancakes, sausage gravy biscuits, oatmeal, sausage patties, hash browns.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: BBQ turkey burger, vegetable fried rice, meat ravioli, turkey and Swiss on rye, green beans, fries, hamburger patties, Philly steak sandwich, cream of broccoli soup.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Chicken fried steak with gravy, burger, vegetable quesadilla, spaghetti with marinara sauce, whipped potatoes, vegetable blend, cream of broccoli soup.

TUESDAY, NOV. 7

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Scrambled eggs, rancher’s potatoes, hard-boiled eggs, egg burrito, French toast, cream of rice cereal, frizzled ham, sausage turkey, tator tots.

Lunch and Dinner, served in all residence halls: Special Menu-Election Day.

WEDNESDAY, NOV. 8

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, ham and Swiss quiche, blueberry pancakes, malt-o-meal cereal, egg o’muffin, frizzled ham.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Turkey pot pie, hot beef sandwich, fettuccini fantastica, French cut green beans, whipped potatoes, sliced carrots, salad bar, tator tots.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: French bread pizza, corn dogs, spinach enchiladas, chicken and dumplings, herb potatoes, corn on the cob, peas, toasted ravioli bar, fries, cream of mushroom soup.

THURSDAY, NOV. 9

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs Western, hard-boiled eggs, egg o’bagel, sausage gravy biscuit, cream of wheat, corned beef hash.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Chicken Teriyaki, manicotti, baja chicken gordita, spinach, Japanese blend vegetables, Texas BBQ sausage, turkey melt.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Italian carved turkey, broccoli with pasta, vegetable fajita, sweet potatoes, fries, pancake bar, French onion soup.
