Dinner, served at Griesedieck Hall: Catfish nuggets, bratwurst with kraut, hamburgers, steak fries, toasted beef ravioli, angel hair pasta with shrimp, vegetable marinara strudel, fried okra, glazed carrots, marinara sauce, chicken caesar salads, New England clam chowder, soup du jour.

SATURDAY, JAN. 27

Brunch, served in Griesedieck Hall: Buttermilk pancakes, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, tator tots, sausage links, assorted fresh fruit, yogurt bar, omelettes, cream of mushroom soup, soup du jour.

Dinner, served at Griesedieck Hall: Reubens, hamburgers, french dip with au jus, french fries, beef chimichangas, herb-baked chicken, cajun style rice and beans, wild rice blend, peas and mushrooms, corn coblettes, beef thai fry, ham and vegetable soup, soup du jour.

SUNDAY, JAN. 28

Brunch, served in Griesedieck Hall: French toast sticks, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, hash browned potatoes, assorted fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy, bacon, sausage patties, omelettes to order, chicken noodle soup, soup du jour.

Dinner, served at Griesedieck Hall: Super Bowl Special, pasta fiorello fettucini, soup du jour

MONDAY, JAN. 29

Lunch, served in Griesedieck, Reinert and DeMattias Halls: Soup du jour, chicken noodle soup, baked potato bar, steamed carrots, zucchini w/onion and basil, BBQ beef sandwich, broccoli cheddar quiche, bread sticks, onion rings, quesadillas.

Dinner, served in Griesedieck, Reinert and DeMattias Halls: Soup du jour, chicken noodle soup, beef and cheddar on baguette, hamburgers, Texas style grilled cheese, spicy curly fries, vegetable trio, buttered corn, mashed potatoes and gravy, roast turkey, BBQ pork chops, bow tie pasta casserole.

TUESDAY, JAN. 30

Lunch, served in Griesedieck, Reinert and DeMattias Halls: Hot and sour soup, minnesota wild rice, turkey club, Italian sausage w/peppers, hamburgers, french fries, Asian bar: sweet `n sour chicken, pork fried rice, vegetable lo mein, steamed jasmine rice, asian chicken wings, sauteed mushrooms, Oriental blend.

Dinner, served in Griesedieck, Reinert and DeMattias Halls: Soup du jour, Minnesota wild rice, corn dogs, hamburgers, patty melt, curly fries, beef stew, corn bread, pit ham, spiced apples, green beans, au gratin potatoes, dill rice casserole.

WEDNESDAY, JAN. 31

Lunch, served in Griesedieck, Reinert and DeMattias Halls: Soup du jour, tomato soup, hamburgers, grilled 3 cheese on wheat, Miami ham and cheese, french fries, steamed zucchini w/tomatoes, broccoli cuts w/cheese sauce, chicken nuggets, tator tot casserole, pasta primavera, french fries.

Dinner, served in Griesedieck, Reinert and DeMattias Halls: Soup du jour, tomato soup, pepper supreme burger, BBQ ham, french fries, steamed cauliflower, vegetarian refried beans, oven roasted potatoes, spanish rice, beef tacos, Jamaican jerk pork loin, baked ziti w/ricotta and basil.

THURSDAY, FEB. 1

Lunch, served in Griesedieck, Reinert and DeMattias Halls: Soup du jour, French onion soup, caesar salad bar, peas, corn, broccoli rice casserole, chicken enchilada bake, sloppy joe, french fried potatoes.

Dinner, served in Griesedieck, Reinert and DeMattias Halls: Soup du jour, french onion soup, pretzel bar, green beans, baby carrots, risotto with mushrooms, potatoes and gravy, buttered noodles, turkey cutlets, beef stroganoff.
