THURSDAY, FEB. 8

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Grits, French toast, scrambled eggs, chorizo breakfast wraps, suncreek potatoes with mushrooms, tri-tators, frizzled ham.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Vegetarian bagel, hamburgers, Texas style grilled cheese, French fries, beef wrap, chicken nuggets, three cheese pasta, summer squash medley, French style green beans, tomato soup, soup de jour.

Griesedieck Hall is featuring “A Culinary Adventure of New York” with New York deli items.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: BBQ pork riblet, hamburgers, grilled chicken gyro, French fries, teriyaki chicken, sticky rice, vegetable stir-fry, spaghetti with meatballs and garlic bread, tomato soup, soup du jour.

FRIDAY, FEB. 9

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Orange grove oatmeal, scrambled eggs with tomatoes, potatoes and peppers, bagel sandwich, hard-cooked eggs, home fries, corned beef hash.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Boston clam chowder, meatball sandwich, hamburgers, fishwich, crisscut fries, cheese enchilada bake, spinach and caramelized onion calzone, fish sticks, hush puppies, roasted carrots, cut green beans, soup de jour.

Dinner, served in Griesedieck Hall: Wings and things bar, steamed cheese ravioli with marina sauce, batter-dipped cod, herb pasta, au gratin potatoes, Italian blend vegetables, Boston clam chowder, soup de jour.

SATURDAY, FEB. 10

Brunch, served in Griesedieck Hall: Oatmeal apple pancakes, scrambled eggs, Denver potato egg skillet, hard-cooked eggs, tator tots, turkey sausage, bacon, cream of wheat, omelet bar, soup du jour, chicken noodle soup.

Dinner, served in Griesedieck Hall: Hamburgers, Philly steak sandwich, ham wrap with herb mayo, French fries, turkey alfredo, beef machacha enchiladas, chicken strips, corn refried beans, broccoli and cauliflower, chicken rice, soup de jour.

SUNDAY, FEB. 11

Brunch, served in Griesedieck Hall: Cinnamon French toast, scrambled eggs, hard-cooked eggs, roasted vegetable and potato skillet, bacon, sausage patties, oatmeal, Western chili, soup du jour.

Dinner, served in Griesedieck Hall: Napa Valley garden wrap, turkey club, hamburgers, French fries, taco salads, Spanish rice, spinach quiche, roast turkey with gravy, broccoli spears, mixed vegetables.

MONDAY, FEB. 12

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Cream of wheat, cinnamon French toast, scrambled eggs, ham and egg bagel, tator tots, lyonnaise potatoes, sausage patties.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Foroccia turkey sandwich, BLT, hamburger, crisscut fries, carnita beef fajitas, shells and cheese, curried vegetables and couscous, Spanish rice, Aztec corn, tomato rouseille, chicken thai fry, cream of tomato soup, soup du jour.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Ham and Swiss sub, Polish sausage, hamburgers, dijon Swiss burger, French fries, fried chicken, sweet and sour meatballs, polenta with red bean salsa, mashed potatoes, buttered corn, baby carrots, cheese tortellini,

TUESDAY, FEB. 13

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Honey peach oatmeal, waffles, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with bacon, egg and ham muffin, hard-cooked eggs, fried potatoes, frizzled ham.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Santa Fe salad wrap, turkey burger, boneless pork rib hoagie, tator tots, ham and cheese hot wrap, French bread pizza, eggplant and zuchinni casserole, green beans, steamed zucchini and red pepper, French fried sweet potatoes, sizzling beef Caesar salad, spring vegetable soup, soup du jour.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Turkey roll-up, hamburgers, cheese and jalapeno quesadillas, French fries, roast top round of beef, Egyptian chicken breast, pesto pasta, Oriental style vegetables, roasted red potatoes, broccoli spears, spring vegetable soup, soup du jour.

WEDNESDAY, FEB. 14

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Cream of rice, blueberry pancakes, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with bacon, egg burrito, hard-cooked eggs, bacon.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Ham and cheese croissant, hamburgers, Tuscan burger, grilled turkey melt, French fries, beef tacos, cheese ravioli, fresh vegetable pasta, refried beans, peas and carrots, south of the border chicken, cream of broccoli, soup du jour.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Valentine’s Day Special Menu.

Breakfast, served in Griesedieck Hall: Cherry almond oatmeal, West Coast French toast, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with bacon, sausage gravy biscuits, hard-cooked eggs, O’Brien potatoes, sausage links.

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Vegetable pita, sloppy joe, hamburger, curly fries, chicken pot pie, pepperoni calzone, roasted vegetable calzone, steamed cauliflower, rice, Italian blend vegetables, quesadillas, soup du jour, beef barley soup.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Chicken salad bagel, hamburgers, roast beef and garlic melt, French fries, carved Cajun pork loin, spinach tortilla casserole, meat lasagna, bread sticks, maple baked beans with apples, Italian roasted potatoes, French style green beans, soup du jour, beef barley soup.
