Breakfast served in Griesedieck Hall: Scrambled eggs, omelet, fried eggs, boiled eggs, tater tots, French toast sticks, sausage, biscuits, cream of wheat, bagel.

Lunch served in all residence halls: cream of celery, cream of tomato, beef fajitas, pasta, rice, Mexican corn, broccoli, baked potato, hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza.

Dinner in Griesedieck: Cream of celery, cream of tomato, chicken breast, beef stroganoff, oven-baked potato, green beans, carrots, baked potatoes, hamburger, french fries, hot dogs, Thai fry.

SATURDAY, MARCH 24

Breakfast in Griesedieck: scrambled eggs, omelets, hash browns, pancakes, ham, biscuits, oatmeal, egg/ham/cheese muffins

Dinner in Griesedieck: potato soup, vegetable, fried chicken, spaghetti, red potatoes, peas, quesadillas, hamburger, hot dog, Caesar salad, pizza.

SUNDAY, MARCH 25

Sunday Brunch at Griesedieck: scrambled egg, omelets, breakfast pizza, tater tots, veggie pasta, cinnamon French toast, bacon, biscuits, malt o’ meal egg/sausage burrito.

Dinner at Griesedieck: cauliflower cheese soup, fish, beef stew, potatoes, peas, baked potato bar, hamburger, hot dog, south of the border chix, pizza.

MONDAY, MARCH 26

Breakfast in Griesedieck: scrambled eggs, potatoes, pancakes, Polish sausage, biscuits.

Lunch in Griesedieck: beef noodle soup, cream of broccoli, chicken fried steak, nacho bar, mashed potatoes, white corn, baked potato, hamburger, hot dog, pizza

Lunch in DeMattias: fococcia turkey sandwich, BLT, hamburger, fries, beef fajitas, shells and cheese, Spanish rice, Aztec corn.

Lunch in Reinert: cheesy veggie chowder, hamburger, grilled turkey melt, grilled Hollywood sandwich, curly fries, Longhorn beef sandwich, chicken and dumplings, enchiladas, potatoes, peas.

Dinner in Griesedieck: beef noodle soup, cream of broccoli, pork loin, chicken stir fry, macaroni and cheese, fried rice, cabbage, baked potato, hamburger, hot dog, pizza.

Dinner in DeMattias: ham and Swiss sub, polish sausage, hamburgers, Dijon Swiss burger, french fries, fried chicken, meatballs, mashed potatoes, corn, carrots, cheese tortellini.

Dinner in Reinert: buffalo chicken patty, French dip, breakfast bar.

TUESDAY, MARCH 27

Lunch at Griesedieck: chicken, spaghetti, cod, hush puppies, pasta.

Lunch at DeMattias: Sante Fe salad wrap, pork rib hoagie, tater tots, French bread pizza, eggplant and zucchini casserole.

Lunch at Reinert: chili bean soup, country fried steak, pasta con broccoli, mashed potatoes.

Dinner at Griesedieck: catfish, stuffed peppers, baked beans, corn on the cob, frost your cupcake bar.

Dinner at Reinert: special menu-A Touch of the South.
