Thursday, Sept. 20

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Chicken burritos, Italian sausage, vegetable stir fry with Oriental rice.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Beef ravioli with marinara sauce, orzo pasta Italiano, bread and cheese bar.

Friday, Sept. 21

Lunch, served in all residence halls: Beef and cheese enchiladas, Mexican rice, five cheese macaroni, chili bar.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Baked orange roughy, garlic chicken with rice, very veggie hot wrap.

Saturday, Sept. 22

Brunch, served in Griesedieck: Breakfast bar, beef stew with rice, assorted vegetables.

Dinner, served in Griesedieck: Hot wings, West Coast broccoli bake, hot fudge fondue bar.

Sunday, Sept. 23

Brunch, served in Griesedieck: Omelette bar, baked spaghetti, hot cobbler.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Popcorn shrimp, roast turkey with cornbread dressing, taco bar.
