Dinner, served in all residence halls: South of the Border Night: Grilled shrimp, chicken tacos, Mexican rice, refried beans, cheese nachos.

Brunch, served in all Griesedieck: Breakfast items, ginger stir fry, vegetables & rice.

Dinner, served in all Griesedieck Hall: Wings, roast beef, five cheese macaroni.

Sunday, Oct. 7

Brunch, served in Griesidiek hall: Breakfast items, carved turkey, whipped potatoes & gravy.

Dinner, served in all residence halls: Roast pork with apple dressing, “Breakfast at Night:” Omelete Bar, Bacon, Fresh baked muffins.
