The Student Activities Board has scheduled a night of laughter on Tuesday with the booking of actor, comedian and “Saturday Night Live” alumnus Tim Meadows.
Meadows, known for his character Leon Phelps, from the film “The Ladies’ Man,” will be performing alongside Joe Canle and Brad Morris, both members of Chicago’s The Second City comedy troupe.
“We are very excited to bring Meadows to [Saint Louis University] and are expecting a great crowd to see this legendary comedian,” SAB President Kris Priemer said. “This event will not be your typical stand-up show . something SLU has not seen for many years.”
Due to the improvisational nature of the show, Priemer said that “an energentic and enthusiastic audience is essential to drive the show to its full potential.”
The show will be free to all students and will start at 8 p.m. in the Busch Student Center Ballrooms.
