Calla Truschel (she/her/hers) is a senior at SLU from Pittsburgh, PA double majoring in History and English with a minor in Philosophy. This will be her fourth year writing for the Opinion Section and she is so excited to step into a new position as an Opinion Editor. She loves Substack, Goodreads, Gilmore Girls, and late night drives to Andy’s.
