Who to Cheer: Oklahoma Sooners
Oklahoma rejoined the National Championship conversation with a 63-21 pounding of Texas. The Sooners accumulated 677 yards of total offense and scored points on 10 of their 15 drives. (Image via Getty Images)
Who to Jeer: Washington Nationals outfielder Bryce Harper
Harper may be the odds-on favorite to win Rookie of the Year, but he’s still a gigantic tool. Consider these 3 pieces of evidence from last week’s NLDS (pictured above):
- He looked like a KISS roadie in Game 2 and a vampire from the movie Twilight in Game 3
- After striking out in the bottom of the ninth of Game 5, Harper turned to Cardinals closer Jason Motte and grabbed his crotch as he walked to the dugout.
- When asked by Hall of Fame baseball writer Rick Hummel if he was anxious at the plate, the struggling Harper replied, “You think I’m over anxious? You think so? Maybe you should be the hitting coach, [bro].” Obviously, he did not call the HOF’er “bro,” but it was certainly implied.

Who to Fear: Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers
The reigning MVP took out his frustrations from a Week 5 loss to Indianapolis on Houston Sunday night, completing 24 of 37 passes for 338 yards and a career-high six touchdowns in a 42-24 win. With a young Saint Louis Rams team looming on Sunday, Rodgers could shatter his own record [Insert “Discount Double-Check” joke here]. (Image via Getty Images)
