Riley Mack, News Editor

Riley Mack (she/her/hers) is a Senior SLU student studying Communications and minoring in Spanish. Originally from Grayslake, IL, she has been a part of the UNews staff since her freshman year and currently serves as the News Editor. Outside of the UNews, Riley interns with the Riverfront Times and enjoys playing with her dog, Ivy Jean, who serves as the official mascot of the UNews.

The basic purpose of a tiny house village is to provide safe, stable, long-term housing to homeless. Ultimately the idea is to give the homeless safe and stable housing so that they can then be linked to other services.
