According to sources and multiple reports, VCU is going to join the Atlantic 10 conference this upcoming season. There is a press conference scheduled today at 1:30 p.m. central time to make the official announcement by the A-10 conference.
VCU is the second team to join the Atlantic 10 after Butler decided to join the conference a few weeks earlier. VCU and Butler will replace Temple who is leaving for the Big East Conference and Charlotte who is returning to Conference USA.
